At Penny Love, every pair of earrings is handcrafted by hand with care and love. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at Pennylove.shopwi@gmail.com within that 7-day window and we'll walk you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right with a full refund no questions asked.

Final Sale Items Any items marked as final sale, including seasonal or limited edition pieces, are not eligible for return.
